    • Reporting directly to the CRO, the ideal candidate for this position will grow with a year’s time to a leadership position and leading a team of direct reports themselves.

    Job Role Overview:

    • Responsible for the P&L of new business opportunities in the corporate space (financial services, CPG, Automotive, home Builders, Realty, Manufacturers, etc) 
    • Drive increased revenue to achieve the company's ambitious but achievable growth targets. 
    • Work cross functionally with sales leaders of sports verticals to evolve corporate referral strategy and drive additional $500K+ per rep in corporate funnel/closed business.
    • Must be able to scale initial meetings/opportunities to longer term, multi-year commitments and recurring revenue streams
    • Assist in the evolution of the corporate revenue strategy by providing qualified feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and the development of product development and service experience ideas. 
    • Planning and executing a business plan to penetrate new clients/markets. 
    • Must be client-focused and illustrate an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 

    Requirements of the Role:

    • Keen listening skills, a consultative authentic approach and flexibility. 
    • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business. 
    • Proven track record of increasing revenue through lead generation, both inbound and outbound. 
    • Proven track record of consistently securing new clients, renewing and growing YOY business. 
    • Proven successful experience in servant leadership and team collaboration towards a common goal.

    Compensation & Location: 

    • Competitive base salary + aggressive commission structure
    • Health Insurance (After 90 Days of Employment)
