BirdieBox recognizes the profound impact COVID-19 has had on your families, friends, staff members and clients.  For the continued safety and well being of our teammates and customers, our fulfillment center has taken extra precautionary and protective measures to ensure your orders arrive safely.  The fulfillment center will be operating Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:00pm EST).   All other BirdieBox staff will continue to operate at normal business hours.

BirdieBox recently launched a COVID-19 care package program to help customers continue to stay connected to key staff members, clients and other important partners.  From the overwhelming requests and client feedback, we created three themed care packages ("stay connected", "health and wellness" and "stress busters").
