Every month you will receive a box filled with golf, lifestyle and nutritional items from the brands you should and want to know. Each box will contain a total of two or more items relating to the categories mentioned here. YOU WANT THE GOOD STUFF…WE’LL SEND THE GOOD STUFF.

BirdieBox ships within the United States and to its territories. We also ship to Canada(the recipient and/or purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees which may be incurred).

Your profile page will be loaded as soon as you place your order and is always available under the 'My Account' > 'Subscription Profile' menu for editing. The profile consists of required and optional information so we can produce the best box for you every month. The more information you can give us the better!

No. You pay for your subscription fee plus monthly calculated shipping and handling. BirdieBox charges a low rate flat fee of $4.95 a month for shipments within the US 48 contiguous states and $29.95 for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Territory. Please note that NY, NJ and AZ sales tax may apply.

BirdieBox is committed to serving their members. While 100% customer satisfaction is difficult, we recognize creating a perfect mix of products and styles for thousands of our members is not a perfect science. Unlike most monthly subscription services we allow each member on mulligan. Each member has the option to switch out one product during their membership term.

You will receive your first BirdieBox in the following month after you sign-up. (If you sign up in January you will receive your first box in February) Every BirdieBox will be shipped from our fulfillment center on the East Coast between 15th - 18th of the month (based on holidays and weekends) and arrive within 5-10 business days after they ship.

When you place your order for the monthly membership, you will be billed for your first BirdieBox immediately. You will then be billed on the scheduled day the following month if renewed.

All of these subscriptions are charged upfront and will automatically renew at the end of the period. We'll remind you via email when the auto-renew is about to happen. All subscribers may choose to opt out of auto-renewal by select the 'My account'>'View Subscription'> Cancel subscription option.

Updating your billing information is easy! Simply log into your account at www.birdiebox.com. You will see "Address Book" page your "My Account" page. Click on this link and edit your billing/shipping addresses.

You can make changes to your billing and shipping addresses in your account page. For all subscriptions changes must be in by the 1st day of the month.

Yes, we need at minimum the REQUIRED tab on your profile information to curate your monthly box.  Incomplete REQUIRED profiles will be prompted prior to shipment.  Boxes without profiles will not be shipped so please fill it out after checkout.

If you have received a gift subscription, it will be terminated after you receive your last box. After your last box is received, you can re-subscribe and become a regular recurring subscriber.Just log into your account and select a new order!

Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

If you have received a gift subscription, it will expire after you receive your last box in the mail. After you receive your last box, you can re-subscribe and become a Monthly, 3 Month, 6 Month or Yearly recurring subscriber.  We will notify you that your subscription is expiring.

All you need is the recipient's shipping address and your email address in the gift information form. When you checkout, make sure to enter your recipient's shipping address, and fill out a profile to answer a questionnaire on behalf of the recipient. The profile will help us curate the gift box accurately.

Yes we do!  Depending on the time of the year we offer one time specialty&holiday theme boxes.  Be on the lookout for Christmas, Father's day, Mother's day and all 4 Golf majors.
