Overview of Role:

This role will have multiple day-to-day duties and therefore requires a person that can easily multi-task and handle large amounts of information coming in at once. Because we are a rapidly growing company, this role will encompass high expectations from your Director with evolving responsibilities. A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow are invaluable at our company.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to; client communication, account management daily needs, working directly with our sales team to craft product mixes and aid retention efforts, communicating with merchandising and our warehouse to ensure orders are accurate and shipped in a timely manner, and special projects as needed.

Requirements of Role:

  • Ability to consistently execute daily tasks and hit weekly goals.
  • Weekly goals may include but are not limited to client communication of proofs within 48 hours of receiving, communicating changes from client to warehouse within 24 hours, etc.
  • Communication for day-to-day account support with clientele. Must be a strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
  • Working in tandem with our sales team to recommend product mixes, manage customer relationships, and aid in upselling/retention efforts.
  • Daily management within Salesforce for CRM and order placements within our warehouse management system, Odoo.
  • Strong attention to detail for branding reviews with clients, accurate order entry, and communication with merchandising/warehouse through fulfillment.
  • Administrative support as required by your Director. This could include account management support or even on-site concierge support for VIP clientele, meetings, gift suites, etc.
  • Some travel may be required based for events such as client gift suites, conferences, trade shows, etc.

What We're Looking for in YOU:

  • Must be a self-starter with effective time management skills
  • Practice teamwork by helping other areas of the company if a need presents itself
  • 1-3 years experience in a customer service or sales executive role preferred
  • Proactive, autonomous and self-motivated with a sense of urgency and dedication to accuracy
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to change
